I don’t mind this brand for rice paper rolls but it isn’t the cheapest I’ve found. They relatively are all the same so I’ll be sticking to a cheaper option
Such a great way to enjoy a Vietnamese dish and it be a healthy and fun food to eat as a meal or snack and also quite easy for the kids to have fun making.
I use this product in so many ways. I’m GF and this fantastic. I use to make Spring Rolls, Greek Silverbeet pie, several layers as a base for pies and it’s so easy to use.
You can fill these with so many different and wonderful ingredients. I soak for 20 seconds in warm water and wrap a spicy mince and beans with cucumber and carrot sticks and we dip in sweet chilli sauce. That’s our fave but they go with so many different fillings. I hear you fry for spring rolls but I’m yet to try.
I like this product to make cold rolls. I make them at least once a week to take to work or to have as a snack in the fridge. They are very simple to use and hold together really well. I have never tried frying them to make spring rolls but apparently you can so I’ll have to try this one day
