absolutely delicious highly recommended and ..a very flavoursome and spicy authentic north african paste that is used as a condiment or added to all dishes …..i.e. stews, couscous, stir fries, soups, Sandwitches and pasta to enhance flavour. mix it with mayo , Hommus oryoghurt to make a spicy dip.
I use it also as a Marinate for meat, fish and chicken and for spicy kebabs or baked meals.
Le Phare Du Cap Bon is the very best Harissa I have ever tasted ! I found at my local woolworths so it very easy to buy !
