Although this doesn’t taste much like pasta it is actually a great substitute. It holds its texture well and sauces cling quite well to it. I always try and keep this in my cupboard

This is a great low carb alternative to regular fettuccine and with a Marinara sauce its devine. Make sure you rinse it well as the smell is quite strong.
