A fantastic gluten free alternative! This pasta holds its shape, cooks reasonably quickly & is tasty – all without having to worry about the effects of gluten. I highly recommend this pasta, especially as it is very reasonably priced compared to other alternatives.

I am GF and this brand of pasta in one of the better ones on the market, do not over cook it though it will go very soggy. But the taste is there.
