Really like these bars for a yummy afternoon snack when I know there is going to be a big gap between lunch and dinner. Very tasty and keeps me full. Lots of calories tho so beware.

These are almost like a meal and certainly tied me over till lunch time if I have it mid morning. They are very dense but i like that. They are also a little dry but having a coffee at the same time works well.

This oat banana slice is really nice. It is on the larger size so could be eaten over a couple of occasions or shared. It is quite dense but it very tasty.
