I use these cookies when I make my sugar free mini lemon cheesecakes. It the perfect size that fits into a cupcake tray. They taste really good on their own too.

Was put onto this brand by a friend. Finally spotted them in the supermarket. They have a certain fragrance to them, they taste a little different, to the short bread that we are used to, but that may be due to the sugar free. I actually like them and doesn’t take long to get used to them. Getting the husband to eat them also, will be an added bonus. Defiantly keep buying this brand.
