There are numerous olive oils on hand, each with its own peculiar flavor. Due to dietary ravings from various sources, I tried Cobram. The buttery smooth flavor is one of my favorites. It’s also my go-to oil when serving Turkish bread because the flavor of the oil doesn’t clash with the Turkish bread.

I always try to use olive oil in my cooking to make it a little healthier and I always use this one. It has a nice flavour to it when added to food and the bottle makes it easy to poor the oil out without releasing too much. I highly recommend it.

This is such a lovey olive oil, using it in pasta dishes give it such a beautiful taste, it’s not to strong or over powering, great for Aglio E Olio, a super simple pasta dish with olive oil as the main ingredient.
