Hokkien noodles are a good noodle to eat when wanting a base for meals. They cook easily and they make a good bed for topping with a variety of foods.

Trident are awesome products, and these noodles are no exception. I use them in my Thai Beef Salad, and in all my Stir Fries. Left overs are fought over the next day!!
