So simple and with so little of the high fat content of other noodles. I always get oil on me so I wish they had a better way of putting it in and unlike noodles if you leave them for a few minutes too long they get way too soft and you can end up with a cup of bits so make sure your ready to eat them when you make them. Great flavour.
