My family love rice.. but it must be MEDIUM grain. Long rice doesn’t cook as well and tastes dry. Sunrice rice is definitely the best!

We cook this a certain method different to their suggestion and it comes out dry and almost sticky and I make sushi with this its great

I always buy Sunrice White Rice Calrose Medium Grain. Medium Grain rice is very close to Japanese rice, so I can use for making sushi rice as well. (don’t need to buy expensive sushi rice!)

The same great taste of long grain rice however when you cook this it can be a lot more starchy and may need a rinse or some fresh water part way through.
