This rice is so good. It reminds me of the coconut rice at the Thai takeaway that I used to eat at (and loved!). The coconut flavour is pronounced, and it is so convenient to be ready in 2 mins. Great with salmon, or a teriyaki chicken.

I bought a pack of this rice because I had been wanting to try it for some time but I was a little disappointed. Something seemed to be lacking. I love coconut and use a lot of coconut milk and cream in my cooking so I’m not sure why I didn’t really enjoy this. The rice itself was soft and fluffy.

The rice cooked up perfect, light and fluffy, not claggy at all. But the coconut flavour is a bit off putting. Maybe if I have it a few more times, I might adjust, don’t think I’m buying it again though

This coconut rice is the perfect accompaniment for curries. Easy to heat up in the microwave, just pop the pouch in! The rice has a great coconut flavour and is not dry at all.

I bought this as plain rice can get boring after a while. I was expecting this to be slightly sweet. I was not disappointed. The rice is tasty, and livens up a meal. It stays nice and moist in the bag too. Love it.
