I absolutely love this Portuguese peri peri chicken and have it at least once a week with my family. I cook it in an electric fry pan with the lid on. Once it is cooked I take it out and shred it,then I re add it to fry pan and squeeze some lemon over it and stir it up for about 2-5 minutes. All the juices and the lemon add extra flavour.I serve it with a coleslaw or Asian salad and we make wraps with it. We also add perri perri mayonnaise or garlic aioli on top.It’s absolutely yummy.
