    I prefer the thigh fillets to the thigh cutlets because the cutlets have bones. I use these for quite a few dishes and prefer them skinless because I don’t like the fatty skin. They are great for a chicken massaman curry or chicken and vegetable soup done in the crock pot. They also work well in stir fries and the meat has a different taste and texture than the breast.
