I’m quite impressed by pork at the moment. Scotch fillet pork is a versatile cut of meat. Personally, I use this in a lot of stir fries, and the family enjoy this crumbed.
Delicious fillets that are amazing as a main with chips and peas/beans, or slow cooked with heaps of veggies and potatoes. Always cook up tender and moist!
We have recently been eating more pork than beef. Scotch fillet is our favourite so when we found pork scotch fillet we had to try. It is scrumptious and I have found it a little difficult to go back to beef. But as the saying goes, get some pork on your fork! You won’t be disappointed.
Pork scotch fillet is a fantastic cut for any dish, particularly stir fry – as the meat stays moist and complements a variety of sauces. A must have in your weekly shop.
