    I’m quite impressed by pork at the moment. Scotch fillet pork is a versatile cut of meat. Personally, I use this in a lot of stir fries, and the family enjoy this crumbed.

    We have recently been eating more pork than beef. Scotch fillet is our favourite so when we found pork scotch fillet we had to try. It is scrumptious and I have found it a little difficult to go back to beef. But as the saying goes, get some pork on your fork! You won’t be disappointed.

    this is the perfect cut of pork! Just the right cut, not too thick or too thin. So yummy served with mash potatoes and apple sauce or gravy.
