Wrigley’s Extra Sugar free Chewing Gum is a good quality chewing gum that lasts a long time and keeps its flavour. This gum has a terrific peppermint flavour.

Ok ok I know it’s not recommended don’t tell my orthodontist.. but this gum was the only one I could chew carefully when desperate for mouth freshness. It did not stick to my braces at all so no picking it out after a couple of chews!

This is my current favourite flavour. I used to love spearmint but have switched to peppermint. It’s soothing and delicious, and sugar free which is important with gum.

Wrigley’s peppermint gum is a fresh tasting gum l like to use after lunch or having a coffee.Sugarfree is a good option as well,a good brand.

I’ve never been an habitual gum chewer but I always keep some Wrigley’s Extra Sugarfree Gum Peppermint in my purse as an after meal mouth freshener. The flavour is reasonably strong and refreshing but the best thing is its Sugar Free.
