  • Delicious

    5 out of 5

Two of my children have gone off cows milk. They tried several other milks and have settled on this being their favourite. It is delicious and not watery. (I’m guessing this is the same as the one with updated packaging, with the tree on it.)

  • Best Long-Life, Non-Dairy Milk Option

    5 out of 5

I love the full, well-rounded, oaty, milky flavour- it is the closest taste and texture to regular long-life dairy milk. Oat milk also has the highest protein content of the non-dairy milks- so another great, healthy reason why I prefer drinking oat milk compared to say the mostly watery almond milk options. I love buying the Unsweetened Vitasoy Oat Milk and the Vitasoy Prebiotic Oat Milk also. A decent choice for long-life milk.

  • Alternative milk option

    3.5 out of 5

I tries this when my sister un law came to visit, as she avoids dairy. It os a nicer alternative to almond milk. It was a bit like drinking the milk left over from a bowl of porridge. I probably wouldn’t drink it on it’s own though as it is quite strong.

  • yum

I had never tried oat milk before but my husband has trouble with dairy so he bought it to try and I must say I really enjoyed it. I could easily just drink a glass of it. It had a nice flavour and it almost had a sweetness to it. Really enjoyed it.

  • A tasty option

Unfortunately I had to go dairy free for a while, I then tried the Vita soy oats milk and discovered just how delicious it was.

  • A nice milk alternative

    5 out of 5

I discovered this product on my breastfeeding journey, as a great way to add galactogogues into my daily diet. It has a nice, subtle, flavour, and provides a good base for my daily breakfast smoothie. Slightly sweeter than other milk substitutes I’ve tried.

  • A good alternative to cows milk

    4.5 out of 5

I used to drink soy milk until it started giving me an upset tummy. I tried rice milk, almond milk and oat milk. I now prefer oat milk.

This oat milk has a mild flavour. Its largely water based and not as dense or heavy as soy milk. Its fortified with calcium. So if you are lactose intolerant its a good alternative to cows milk.
