We get these for our kids that do a lot of high intensity exercise and sport for a boost in electrolytes to rehydrate quicker after sessions

I quite like to drink a bottle of Powerade after a long walk and stopping off at a local shop. A cool bottle of Berry Powerade hits the spot. I prefer Berry over over flavours of Powerade.
