Quick easy for feeding hungry fussy toddlers and busy mums. One of my kids won’t eat eggs but will have french toast and the other likes plain scramble eggs and I need a good nutritious meal to start my busy day with two toddlers. Big win!

  • 2 Table spoons of milk

Method

  3. Grab a slice of bread and Dip it in the egg mixture, coat both sides of the bread and pop it in the heated pan.

  • I love french toast! I will also often make a cheese or ham and cheese sandwich and dip it in the egg mixture and then cook it the same way for something a little different as well.

  • Very similar to what I do. Once the slices are dipped in the milk egg mixture I dust most of them with cinnamon, but for my daughter (who loves savoury) with pepper and salt
