A great summer snack! Easy to whip up when you need a burst of mango passionfruit!!
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed orange juice
- ¼ cup coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 passionfruit, passionfruit, reserve ½ to serve
- 1/2 punnet fresh Blueberries to serve
Method
- Combine all the ingredients into a blender or food processer and blitz until smooth. Serve in a glass or bowl and sprinkle over the passionfruit and blueberries.
Notes
You can make the recipe and place it into the freezer to set and firm up if you prefer or enjoy it straight away. You can double the recipe if you need to make it for more people.
