Super quick & easy – for the Nutella lover!

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1/4 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 tsp Veg Oil
  • 1 heaped Tbsp Nutella
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar

Method

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together (Flour, cocoa, baking powder & sugar).
  2. Whisk in the milk & oil into dry ingredients till smooth & no lumps.
  3. Pour into mug or coffee Cup & top with Nutella (this will sink into the cake while cooking). Place on piece of paper towel & cook in microwave for 70 seconds on high. Remove from microwave & enjoy (careful will be very hot)

  • This looks so easy to make! Adding Nutella to my shopping list now!

  • I so want to bake chicken in a bag! I even bought bags recently (only plain ones but this sounds like a great idea) and I still haven’t used them. Old habits die hard

  • I am not a sweet eater so this does not appeal to me at all – but I will definitely make it for the children as I often feel like I am neglecting them when it comes to deserts. Wait, no – I do neglect them when it comes to sweets! This sounds super easy and I know that one child would live off this if given the choice!
    Thanks for sharing
