A sweet apple sauce recipe which kids love.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 1 Granny smith Apple
- Splash Balsamic Vinegar
- 40g butter
- 50g brown sugar
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Method
- This sauce can be made while your pork is cooking.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Peel, core and slice apple.
- Add all ingredients to butter and simmer to soften apples for about 10 minutes.
- Arrange apples over pork and pour over the juices.
