These little balls are a sweet treat.


Ingredients (makes 20 -30 balls)

  • 1 1/2 cups Dried apricots
  • 1 tbls Castor Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Plain flour
  • 2 tbls Butter
  • 2 tbls Desiccated coconut
  • Extra coconut for rolling

Method

  1. Throw all the ingredients into your food processor or blender. Process until well mixed. Roll into small balls and cover with the extra coconut.

  • I would love to make these for my Mum. She loves all things apricot and I know she would really appreciate and love these.

  • I wouldn’t add sugar as the apricots contain enough sugar already, also prefer to make them without flour

  • I make apricot balls minus the sugar, flour and butter…so just apricot and coconut ! and they’re really sweet & fat enough 🙂
