A healthier chocolate dessert.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbls maple syrup
- 2 tbls cocoa powder
- 4 tbls milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 2 pinches salt
Method
- Remove skin and seed from avocado.
- Place all ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth and creamy looking.
- Chill and serve.
