Bacon and egg picnic pots are perfect little mouthfuls for outings to the park.
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 6 slices bread
- 220 g bacon, chopped
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Cut the bread into large circles and press into muffin trays and bake for about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle some bacon onto each bread case and pour the egg mixture on top. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes or until cooked.
Notes
Ham and other fillings can be used for these tasty little pots.
