Ingredients (serves 10)
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 cups S.R. Flour, can be half wholemeal if preferred
- 1/3 cup Brown Sugar
- 3/4 cup Milk
- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 2 tblsp Chia
Method
- Combine flour, chia and sugar in a bowl.
- Add other ingredients and stir to combine.
- Spoon into prepared lined loaf tin and bake for approx 45 mins at 180.
