Ingredients (makes 20 Biscuits)

• 1 pack Vanilla wafers
• 1/2 cup Icing sugar
• 10 grams Butter softened
• 1/2 tablespoon Boiling water
• 1 tablespoon Strawberry jam

Method

1. Combine icing sugar, butter & boiling water in a bowl and mix well, until glossy and smooth. Make sure the icing is glossy and spreadable.
2. Place wafers on plate. Spread small amount of icing on middle of wafer & top with strawberry jam.
