Ingredients (serves 1)

  • 1 large egg
  • 1 sliced bread of your choice
  • 1 small can baked beans
  • 1 cheese slice
  • A handful spinach
  • bbq sauce and mayonaise
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Toast the bread and put on a plate.
  2. Transfer the beans on a Microwave safe dish and heat for 30 seconds. Transfer heated beans on top of toast. Place a slice of cheese on top of the beans.
  3. Fry egg sunny side up. Place on top of cheese. Place a handful of spinach over the stack and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with bbq sauce and mayo.
