We love these quick and easy chipolatas with corn chips. The chipolatas can be cut up into bite sized pieces and the corn chips can be used to scoop up the chipolatas and bean mix.
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 500 g beef chipolatas
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 410 g tin baked beans
- 100 g corn chips
- Cook/fry chipolatas in fry pan for 8-10 minutes, turning 1-2 times.
- Remove chipolatas from the pan and add the onion and tomatoes to the fry pan and cook until soft.
- Add the baked beans and the chipolatas for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with corn chips.
