Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 1 Cup self raising flour
  • 3/4 Cup Greek style yoghurt
  • 1/4 Cup diced bacon
  • 1/2 CUp tasty cheese, grated

Method

  1. Combine self raising flour and yoghurt to form a dough. Sprinkle a little flour on kitchen bench and gently knead dough a few times to ensure combined.
  2. Make balls of dough in desired size. Place together on baking tray.
  3. Sprinkle diced bacon and grated cheese on top. Bake at 180 degrees for approximately 10-12 minutes or until golden.

  • I’ve made dumplings before. These look easy and less complicated than the ones I made.
