A one pan pie perfect for winter, super easy and perfect for meat-free Mondays!


Ingredients (makes 4 Serves)

  • 50g Butter
  • 1 Leek
  • 500g Mushroom
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 150ml Stock
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 100g Tasty cheese

Method

  1. Saute roughly chopped leeks in butter
  2. Add mushrooms and garlic and sautee
  3. Season then add stock
  4. Add cornflour to a small amount of hot water, dissolve
  5. Add corn flour to mushroom mixture
  6. Summer til reduced
  7. Sprinkle with cheese
  8. Top with puff and cook in oven at 180 for 30min
