Preparing chicken thigh schnitzels was never this easy without Ansell Food Handling Powder Free Gloves. Cutting the meat, coating it in flour, eggs and breadcrumbs, these gloves kept my hands clean, yet still comfortable and easy to work with. This “Messy Finger Recipe” changed its name to a “Clean Finger Recipe”.

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 1kg Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Eggs
  • Plain flour
  • Breadcrumbs


  1. Wash, cut and add spices on the chicken thighs. I use my secret spice mixture, you can use salt & pepper or what ever else you'd like.
  2. Coat in plain flour, dip into eggs, coat in bread crumbs.
  3. Deep fry. Serve with potato salad, or rice and garden vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

  • Sounds great, think the thighs will be better to use too as chicken breasts can get a bit rubbery!
