This chocolate ganache recipe is super quick and easy. This chocolate ganache goes really well on cake or ratios can be changed to make it thinner or thicker to suit your needs.


Ingredients (makes 1 Cake)

  • 130ml Cream
  • 130g Dark chocolate melts

Method

  1. Place chocolate into a bowl.
  2. Heat cream until warm but not boiling. Pour warmed cream over chocolate and let sit for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Whisk until it comes together into a nice smooth ganache.

  • This ganache recipe is really great. My middle daughter is not really a fan of butter cream icing but I bet she’d like this chocolate ganache instead. Its such a quick easy recipe and it would really add something extra to a chocolate or mudcake recipe. Thanks for sharing. Yum. 🙂
