A quick really quick, gooey, rich chocolate pudding.
Ingredients (makes 6 Puddings)
- 125g Dark chocolate
- 125g Butter
- 3 Eggs
- 3/4 cup Caster sugar
- 1/4 cup Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- Melt sugar and butter
- Combine eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder then chocolate mixture
- Pour to half fill ramekins and cook in preheated 180°C oven for around 15 minutes (tops will be cooked)
- Dust with cocoa or icing sugar and eat with cream while still hot.
