A winner for parties, and fun to make!
Ingredients (serves 8)
- 2-3 packs tea biscuits
- 470ml heavy cream
- 300g sweetened condensed milk
- 2-3 tbsp Nescafe (instant coffee powder)
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- Cocoa powder for garnish
- Nestle chocolate syrup
Method
- Whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold condensed milk into the cream.
- Mix hot water and coffee powder. Dip biscuits in coffee mixture until soaked and arrange on the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Repeat until you have a layer of cookies on the bottom.
- Spread a thin layer of cream on top. Drizzle Nestle chocolate syrup.
- Repeat until there are at least three layers of biscuit, cream. End the last layer with cream and do not top with sauce. Instead dust on cocoa powder. Use a doily to get a pattern on top.
- Chill overnight or for 4 hours and enjoy!
