Cookie pizza anyone! Yes please.

Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 10 )

  • 1/3 cup Butter (softened)
  • 2 Eggs (large)
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 3 cup Flour (all purpose)
  • 2 cup Mini m&ms or (Chocolate chips)
  • 1 cup Sugar (white or brown)

Method

  1. Add flour and ingredients above in a mixing bowl (don't add the toppings m&ms or chips til last)
  2. Once mixture is combined use your hands to smooth out the dough. Then line a round cake dish with baking paper place dough flattened into a round shape.
  3. Once perfectly rounded and flat add your pizza toppings on while preheating the oven to 160°
  4. Pop in the cookie pizza and bake for around 40 minutes, then gently remove the pizza onto a cutting board and use a pizza cutter to slice up your cookie pizza.

  • This would be the perfect end to a pizza dinner! There would be so many different variations you could try with this too. I think it would also be great with marshmallows and a nice hot fudge sauce. This would need to be eaten hot straight out of the oven too, of course!

  • This is a super cute idea and a great way to get the kids involved in baking and turning a plain cake into a rainbow pebble cake. I bet it would taste great too, i love M&M’s so this would go down a treat in my house. I have recently been swapping out sugar for coconut sugar in my baking and it works well.

  • Fantastic cookie – but why would you serve this? Surely we need to have more nutrition than this is giving us. Must only use as a treat once a year in my humble opinion.
