This is a rich and creamy potato side, perfect for accompanying poached fish or grilled steak


Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 Large potatoes peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour light cream
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt
  • 1tsp minced garlic
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Boil your potatoes until soft
  2. Using a hand masher mast the potatoes
  3. fold in sour cream, yogurt and minced garlic, season to taste

Notes

Rich in calcium the sour cream and yogurt give this a nice bite
