This is a rich and creamy potato side, perfect for accompanying poached fish or grilled steak
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 Large potatoes peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup Sour light cream
- 1/2 cup natural yogurt
- 1tsp minced garlic
- 1 salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Boil your potatoes until soft
- Using a hand masher mast the potatoes
- fold in sour cream, yogurt and minced garlic, season to taste
Notes
Rich in calcium the sour cream and yogurt give this a nice bite
