Cucumber Caterpillars and Yoghurt

Simple snack for my little one.

Ingredients (serves 1)

Cucumber
m & m chocolate
Yoghurt

Method

Peel a decorative pattern into Telegraph cucumber using vegetable grater. Halve the cucumber lengthways and cut into 1 cm thick slices to form caterpillar bodies, use m & m chocolate for the eyes and thin ribbons of cucumber skin for the antennae.
Serve crunchy caterpillars with yoghurt for dipping.

So cute – I would love to so this for my son….but he would quickly realise they would be good for me and I would have to eat them (which I would). They look great.

That’s thinking out of the box!! I love it, however my child would take one bite and spit it back out anyway! But I suppose then I can have it. Lol
