Simple snack for my little one.

Ingredients (serves 1)

  • Cucumber
  • m & m chocolate
  • Yoghurt

Method

  1. Peel a decorative pattern into Telegraph cucumber using vegetable grater. Halve the cucumber lengthways and cut into 1 cm thick slices to form caterpillar bodies, use m & m chocolate for the eyes and thin ribbons of cucumber skin for the antennae.
  2. Serve crunchy caterpillars with yoghurt for dipping.

  • So cute – I would love to so this for my son….but he would quickly realise they would be good for me and I would have to eat them (which I would). They look great.
