Perfect serve with a cuppa.
Ingredients (makes 20 donut)
- 400 gr Flour
- 1 tbs Yeast
- 15 gr Milk powder
- 40 gr Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 325 ml Ice water
- 30 gr Margarine
- 1/2 tbs Salt
- Vegetable oil for frying
Method
- Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, milk powder and sugar. Mix well.
- Add egg and ice water knead until smooth. Add margarine and salt. Knead until elastic. Set aside about 15 minutes.
- Weigh 40 gr each and continue set aside for 10 minutes. Flatten the dough and holes in the middle. Place on a baking sheet sprinkled with flour. Set aside 30 minutes until fluffy.
- Frying until golden brown. let it cool. Decorate with ceres before serve.
