Ingredients

  • 1 Packet Tim Tams
  • 250 grams Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 300 grams Melting Milk Chocolate

Method

  1. Take cream cheese out of fridge to soften a little
  2. Put Tim Tams in a food processor to crush
  3. Mix cream cheese and crushed Tim Tams together.
  4. Roll into small balls and place into freezer for 30 minutes
  5. Melt the milk chocolate. Dip the frozen Tim Tam balls in the milk chocolate and put aside to set

Notes

Try not to make the balls too big as they may be too rich for some people. You can substitute Tim Tams with any of your favourite biscuits
