  • 3 small ripe bananas

Method

  1. Mash all ingredients together.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over a low-medium heat. Pour in 1/3 of a cup of the batter. Cook until bubbles form all over the surface and flip. Cook a further 1-2 minutes and serve.

  • That’s the easiest pancake to make I’ve ever seen. Now, where are my bananas? Drat my monkeys ate them all..grr.. I better grab some and make this treat for myself.

  • Arh, we stopped buying bananas a long time ago due to the fact they were going yucky within 3 days. We bought some green once & they even went yuck before they even started to ripen.
