If not using immediatlely, ensure lid is on tight and refrigerate
Ingredients (makes 1 jar)
- 80 ml Balsamic Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds, lightly crushed
- 1 Shallot finely chopped
- 1 Clove of Garlic finely chopped
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- In a very clean and sterlised jar put all the ingredients except for the olive oil
- Shake jar to combine ingredients, then in a slow steady stream add the olive oil. Shake again, then add salt and pepper to taste.
