We love the almonds because they add crunch and with the chia seeds they add a popping element which is great overall we think they taste pretty good…

Ingredients (serves 5-6 | makes 20 20)

  • 2/3 cup Honey
  • 2/3 cup Dedicated coconut
  • 2-3 Weetbix
  • 1/3 cup Dried cranberries
  • 2/3 cup Almonds
  • 3-4 tbsp Mixed peel
  • 1/3 cup Almond meal
  • 1/3 cup Black chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup saltanas
  • Extra Dessicated coconut to roll the balls in

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients together making sure the weetbix were crushed and then once the mixture is well combined ,roll into ball shapes ,then roll into dessicated coconut, and if necessary refrigerate until ready to eat

Notes

If the mixture is too wet and the ball don't hold shape add more dessicated coconut and or weetbix
