A great twist on scone flavor for the festive season

Ingredients (serves 6 | makes 12 )

  • Self raising flour 2 1/2cup
  • Brandy cream 3/4 cup
  • Lemonade 1 can
  • Cinnamon 1 ts
  • Nutmeg 1 ts


  1. Preheat oven 175 Sift flour into mixing bowl Then sift cinnamon and nutmeg
  2. Add Brandy cream Add lemonade and mix until all combined
  3. Tip onto a floured bench top and kneed out to scout 2.5cm high, cut circles with a drinking glass and place on lined baking tray Place in oven for 12-15mins Remove, allow to slightly cool and enjoy topped with your favorite topping ( I love jam and plain cream with these)

  • I like the addition of whipped cream and scones are so good when lemonade is in the mix
