Ingredients (serves 1)
- 25g watermelon (6 balls)
- 25G rockmelon (6 balls)
- 30G blueberries
- 40G pear
- 180G coconut yoghurt
- 25G pomegranate
- 20G passionfruit
- 20G pepitas
- 20G hazelnuts
- 10G sesame seeds
- mint leaves to decorate
Method
- Toast seeds in fry pan until golden
- Slice pear in slicer to make little chip shapes
- Make balls from watermelon and rock melon
- Whack seeds out of pomegranate
- Layer melon balls, blueberries, pear, coconut yoghurt, pomegranate, passion fruit, toasted seeds, coconut flakes and mint to decorate
