When making this recipe, we recommend using a good quality chocolate rather than a cheap cooking chocolate. Good quality chocolate is still available in the supermarket but will give you a much smoother ‘mouth feel’ than the lower quality chocolate. There are lots of brands available. Just look for one with at least 70% cocoa. Essentially, the darker the better!

Ingredients (serves 6)
- 150g Nutella
- 150g Dark chocolate
- 350ml Thickened cream
- Melt the dark chocolate either in the microwave or in a heat proof bowl over steaming water and melt till runny
- Whisk the thickened cream till it thickens and then add the nutella and whisk until well combined. Stir in the melted chocolate till combined well
- Spoon evenly in dessert bowls and sprinkle with cadbury flake.
