Thanks to Michele Chevally and her Low Sugar Lifestyle program, we are able to bring you this amazing Healthy Brownie recipe.  Low in sugar and jam packed with Superfoods.

Whip up a batch of these healthy brownies and leave them out ready for snacking. The family will thank you and never know they’re eating so well.

Why switch to healthy brownies?

Did you know that the recommended daily intake for sugar consumption is under 6 teaspoons a day?

And did you know that there are 14 teaspoons in just ONE single can of Coke alone? Wouldn’t you be better off switching that for some healthy brownies?

Childhood obesity is important to understand.

With childhood obesity rates soaring, type 2 diabetes rising, and mood and attention disorders rocketing through the roof, experts are increasingly looking to lifestyle factors that are to blame for this shocking health epidemic – and no other is more obvious that the amount of sugar in our lives, especially added sugars found in processed foods.

Falling victim to the convenience of these foods is something we can all relate to. We’ve all been stumped looking for something yummy to whip up for the kids after school or to fill the lunch boxes that doesn’t come in package!

This recipe for Healthy Brownies is about to end all that.

Here’s a super easy, low sugar, nutritionally dense family favourite that will keep your energy high and your blood sugar low from Michele Chevalley’s new revolutionary lifestyle program, Low Sugar Lifestyle.

For additional flavours or to mix it up if you make this healthy brownies recipe a lot, add cinnamon, chai spice, or even some chilli powder for some exotic flavour.

Serve these healthy brownies for a delicious desert with some coconut yoghurt and berries.

Cook once, eat twice!

Store in your refrigerator in a well sealed, glass or tupperware container for optimum freshness.  A couple of batches will last you for lunchbox snacks all week. You could also freeze these quite successfully. We’d suggest wrapping individually for easy serving.
