A quick easy recipe my kids love, its a healthy alternative to take away chicken.

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1.2kgs Chicken Pieces
  • All Spice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • A little bit of oil

Method

  1. Wash Chicken with vinegar and water. Pat dry the chicken pieces with a paper towel.
  2. Put the chicken in a bowl, add the all Spice (You can add any chicken herbs and spices and buy them from your local butcher or supermarket), salt and pepper and a few tablespoons of oil to the bowl and mix.
  3. Turn on Philips Airfryer to 200°C place the chicken pieces inside and cook for 16-20mins, turning the chicken pieces once during cooking time. Its simple, easy and a healthy alternative to frying Chicken. Enjoy

Notes

If you don't have time to add the spices you can buy chicken pieces with herbs and spices already on them and just add a bit of oil to the mix and cook them. You can add whatever vegetables to the airfryer as a side dish or even a salad.
