Such an easy and delicious recipe that the whole family will enjoy
Ingredients (serves 4)
- 4 chicken thighs
- butter and oil for frying
- 2 Tablespoons Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- salt and pepper
- plain flour for coating chicken
Method
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper, coat in flour
- Fry in butter and oil until golden , Remove from pan
- Add a little more butter and oil to pan
- Add vinegar and soy , simmer gently for 1 minute
- Add honey and reduce until thickened slightly
- Add chicken back into the pan and coat well
Notes
This is great served with fried rice and asian green vegetables or with roast vegies .
