Best on the BBQ and use left sauce from meat to baste while cooking. Cooking till nice and golden all over kebabs


Ingredients (serves 2 | makes 13 )

  • 2-3 onion
  • 1kg steak
  • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 15 small mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1 tuscan seasoning
  • 1 pkt skewers

Method

  1. Cut steak into cubes. Cut onion into wedges. Mix the honey, soy sauce and tuscan seasoning add more or less depending how you like it.. add the honey soy sauce to meat in a bowl set aside in fridge for a bit will be best.
  2. Get all ingredients on a bench to start assembly of kebabs. First pience of meat , two slices off the wedge of onion another bit of meat then piece of tomato then piece of meat and keep going.. basically bit of meat then veg then meat and so on .
  3. Make the combinations as to how you would like it till all the meat is finished
