Ingredients (serves 12)
- 80gm fresh kale (leaves only)
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
- 1.5 cup Almond milk or any milk of your choice
- 1 cup honey
- 3 teaspoon flaxseeds
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 cup cacao powder
Method
- In a blender, blend the first 8 ingredients until well combined.
- In a large bowl, mix coconut flour and cacao powder. Pour wet mixture on it. Combine well and pour batter in a baking pan.
- Bake for 15 minutes under 200C. serve when it is cool.
Notes
Very healthy chocolate brownie. You don't taste the kale at all!
